Environmental Protection Bureau, Chiayi City(hereinafter referred to as the CYCEPB) for the tasks of promoting low carbon life practice actively、climatic changes adaptation as well as related works about Carbon Neutral assignment, and going throw every bureau of government 、township、enterprise、civil society organization、village community to promote organizations joining to make governmental department、industry and people participate on their own initiative, and implement the action of low carbon life in daily life. The plan started from April 15th, 2016 and the summary of every work item as below: 1. Implementing the action of low carbon life: This activity made people understanding the advantages of selecting local ingredients in order to show the conception of healthy diet by local ingredient、little meet and more vegetables. It had already had a competitive orientation of low carbon catering and one competitive activity. 2. The Ecolife Adward in 2016: The experience conception of decreasing carbon was handled in November 24, 2016 and this activity shared the solar system promoting and energy saving, also invited blue chip unit or companies which got Ecolife Adwards from Administration in order to sharing their experience, it could offer new knowledge of decreasing carbon promotion for these attending people. 3. There were two conception in September 25,2016 and October 17,2016 that establishing the workshop in order to adapt the ability of climatic changes reducing and adaptive education of promotion. 4. There were 5 conceptions for the ability of climatic changes reducing and adaptive education of promotion. The contents of program arranged by the members of promotion(Community people and Public sector and students). 5. As for the EPA assessment, we assist Chiayi City to promote the implementation of low-carbon life in 2015. The works include promoting government carbon reduction measures, promoting carbon neutral for conference. In addition, it had already finished 52 activities login platform, especially there were 48 activities had already carbon neutral and announced as well as confirmed itself. 6. In order to make people implement low carbon life, integrating save electricity、reducing carbon related information, making the educating video of energy saving and carbon reduction. It had already had many programs on radio broadcast and television broadcast in order to keep on the promotion of save electricity. 7. Establishing the operative orientation of activity platform on environmental protection and also management platform of login on carbon neutral, guiding every bureau of government of Chiayi city to promote related activities that it must accord the guiding plan of administration of protective activity of low carbon. It had already had two conceptions on May 11th, 2016 and July 27th, 2016. 8. In order to assist Protection Bureau promoting the work of Carbon Neutral, it had a conception of demonstration related carbon neutral that it had assisted on community exhibition of good home on October 15th, 2016. 9. In order to extend the low carbon catering, there was establishing the activity of open audition of low carbon catering and food. There were 5 units won the prize .
